Agreement

By using gov508.com you agree to these terms. Use of the Gov508 Clarity software is also covered by the agreement you sign or accept when you subscribe. If the two conflict, that agreement controls for the software.

About this site and our software

gov508.com describes Gov508 Clarity, a suite in development. Features, availability, and pricing shown on the site may change, and a description is not a promise to deliver a particular feature. Gov508 supplies software. Partner firms and client teams perform testing, fixes, and verification.

Using the site

• Use it lawfully, and do not interfere with its operation or security.
• Give accurate information in forms.
• Do not submit passwords, classified information, controlled unclassified information, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other restricted data.

Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions, prices, billing, and renewals are described in the order or agreement you accept. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service and respond to you.

Our content

The site, the software, and the Gov508 and Semper Eius names and logos belong to Semper Eius, LLC. These terms do not give you a right to copy or reuse them.

Accessibility results

Findings and reports from Gov508 Clarity record the checks that were run. They do not by themselves certify that a site or document complies with Section 508, WCAG, or any law. Compliance decisions remain with you.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Semper Eius, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your subscription agreement sets the limits for the software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update.
